Publish and start selling
On this page
This is the third and last setup screen. With your tax details, one box and one signature, OnBio saves your profile, signs your authorisations and publishes your store with your first product.
How to get there
You arrive here when you click Continue on your first product. If you leave halfway, the panel brings you back and what you wrote is still there.
What you can do
- Enter your Tax ID (NIF): a DNI or an NIE registers you as self-employed and a company NIF, as a company.
- Change the activity from professional to business with Change activity.
- Enter the tax address and the phone your buyers see on your seller details.
- Read each text from its link before accepting it.
Step by step
Publish your store
- 1. Enter your Tax ID (NIF) and check the Name or company name, which comes with the name of your account.
- 2. Enter the Tax address, the Postcode, the City and the Phone.
- 3. Tick the box that accepts the creator terms, the data processing agreement, the trader self-certification and the self-billing and tax representation authorisations.
- 4. Click Publish and start selling.
- 5. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Confirm and publish.
If you are a company
With a company tax ID the screen adds the Commercial registry, with the Registry and the Entry shown in your deed. You cannot publish without them.
Confirm your signature
When you click Publish and start selling, OnBio asks for your second factor to sign the texts of the setup and the two tax authorizations. Each code works once.
- 1. Type the code of your app, or confirm with your passkey.
- 2. Click Confirm and publish.
What happens next
You land on your published store. You can sell from that moment and the money from your sales waits on hold in your balance until you verify your identity and your bank in the payouts setup.
Keep in mind
- If a step fails, the screen says which one. When you click again, OnBio completes only what was left without repeating the signature or duplicating anything.
- If a text changes while you have the screen open, the box is unticked so you read the new version.
- The signature is confirmed with your second factor. If you do not have two-step verification, turn it on in Security and come back.
