Here you see an application to buy a product that requires approval. You have the person's answers to your form and you decide whether they can pay.
When you approve it you choose which private offer they pay with, so you can give a different price to each person.
How to get there
Open Applications in the side menu and select the application in the list.
What you can do
- Read the answers of the application form.
- Approve the application with a private offer of the product.
- Reject the application with an optional message.
- Renew the payment link if it has expired.
Step by step
Approve the application
- 1. Select Approve.
- 2. Choose the Offer.
- 3. Select Approve and send the link.
Reject the application
- 1. Select Reject.
- 2. Write the Message (optional) if you want to explain the reason.
- 3. Confirm with Reject in the dialog.
What happens next
When you approve it, the person receives an email with a personal payment link that expires on the date the screen shows. When you reject it, they receive an email with your message, if you wrote one.
Keep in mind
- Only the private one-time or instalment offers of the product appear. Create them in Offers, inside the Settings of the product.
- If the link expires unpaid, select Renew link to send a new one.
- What the person receives when paying is the product you chose in the application. Sell with a prior application explains it.
