On this page
Here you decide which notifications reach each device with the dashboard closed. Notifications cover sales, payouts and your plan usage.
How to get there
Open Settings in the side menu and click Notifications. Each device keeps its own preferences.
What you can do
- Turn on notifications on this device.
- Choose whether you get sales, payout or plan usage notifications.
- Mute a business on this device.
- Remove a device you no longer use.
Step by step
Turn on notifications on this device
- 1. Click Turn on notifications.
- 2. Accept the browser permission.
- 3. Tick the notifications you want under What we notify you about.
What happens next
Each paid sale, each transfer and each plan limit at 80 % and 100 % reaches you as a notification even with the dashboard closed.
Keep in mind
- On iPhone notifications only reach the dashboard installed on the home screen, with iOS 16.4 or later.
- A muted business stays visible in the dashboard. It only stops sending notifications to this device.
- Notifications about paused sales always reach owners and admins.
- If you use the app and the installed dashboard on the same phone, turn notifications off in one of them so you do not get them twice.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I get notifications on my iPhone?
On iPhone, panel notifications only arrive if you installed it on the home screen from Safari. Open it from that icon and turn on notifications on this screen.
