Session pass

Here you see a session pass you have bought: how many of its sessions you have left to book, until when it is valid and its status. From here you book each session of the pass whenever it suits you.
How to get there
In your bookings, click My passes and open the pass.
What you can do
- See the sessions you have left to book.
- See the pass's expiry date, or No expiry if it has none.
- Book a session from the pass with Book a session.
Step by step
Book a session
- 1. Click Book a session.
- 2. Choose the day and the time.
- 3. Click the book button with the chosen date and time.
What happens next
The session appears in My bookings and you get a confirmation email. The pass takes one session off those you have left.
Keep in mind
- When you use all the sessions, the pass becomes No sessions left. When the expiry date comes, it becomes Expired and you can no longer book with it.
- If you cancel a session from the pass within the deadline, it goes back to the pass.
- You can change the time of a booked session from My bookings while it is within the deadline.
