On this page
Here you see a whole booking: the product, the buyer, the time in your zone and in the buyer's, the order, the video call and the calendar it is written to. You also see how many times its time has changed and what the buyer answered to your questions before the session.
How to get there
Open Bookings in the side menu and click the booking's row in the agenda.
What you can do
- See the session's time in your time zone and in the buyer's.
- Open the video call link.
- Read the answers to the Questions before the session.
- See the Time changes the buyer has made.
- Write again to your calendar an event that was deleted or moved outside OnBio.
- Cancel the booking with a note for the buyer.
Step by step
Cancel a booking
- 1. Click Cancel booking.
- 2. Write the Note for the buyer.
- 3. Click Cancel the booking in the dialog.
Write the event to your calendar again
- 1. Read the booking's notice about your calendar.
- 2. Click Write the event again.
What happens next
The buyer receives an email with your note. If they paid for the session, the amount goes back to the same payment method. If the session came from a pass, the session goes back to their pass. OnBio deletes the event from your calendar and the video call meeting.
Keep in mind
- The note is required and the buyer reads it exactly as you write it.
- You can cancel a booking even after the change deadline the buyer sees. That deadline only limits what the buyer can do.
- A booking that comes from an access with no order has no refund.
- The video call link appears when OnBio creates the meeting in your connected tool. Until then the screen says No link yet.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.
