Chapter 1 of 4

Choose a plan

OnBio's three plans have the same features. The fee, the commission and the usage limits change. So the plan that suits you does not depend on what you need to do, but on how much you sell.

The three plans

  • Starter has no fee and charges 6% per sale.
  • Creator costs €29 a month plus VAT, with 3.5% per sale.
  • Pro costs €79 a month plus VAT, with 2.5% per sale.

The more you sell, the more it pays to have a fee in exchange for a lower commission.

Do the maths

  1. 1. Open the onbio.es pricing page.
  2. 2. Look for the comparison with €2,000 of sales a month.
  3. 3. Add up for each plan its fee and the commission of your sales in a normal month.

If you are starting and sell little, Starter is the cheapest, because you pay nothing if you do not sell. When your sales grow, the Creator or Pro fee pays for itself with what you save in commission.

Your current plan

  1. 1. Open Plan in the side menu.
  2. 2. Read under Current plan your fee, your commission per sale and the next charge.
  3. 3. Check under Usage how much you have used of each limit.

What the commission includes

The commission already includes the management of your sales' VAT and invoices with Verifactu. You do not pay extra to comply with the tax authority. Your plan and your commission explains it.

An example

With €2,000 of sales a month in 40 sales of €50 and the fees without VAT, Starter costs you €120 of commission (6 %). Creator costs you €99, which is a €29 fee and €70 of commission (3.5 %). Pro costs you €129, which is a €79 fee and €50 of commission (2.5 %).

Creator is cheaper than Starter from €1,160 of sales a month. Pro is cheaper than Creator from €5,000 of sales a month. The pricing page compares the cost of Creator with that of other platforms.

No commitment

The fee is charged by card each month, with no commitment. You can change plan when your sales change. Start on Starter and check the maths every few months.

What you have now

You know which plan suits you. In the next chapter you see how the commission is calculated and which limits each plan has.
