Webhook
Reviewed on 5 October 2026
On this page
Here you see a webhook with its destination, its events and the deliveries of the last 30 days. Each delivery shows its event, its status, its attempts and the destination's response.
How to get there
In Integrations, click See deliveries on the webhook's row. The email telling you about a turned-off webhook also brings you here.
What you can do
- Edit the webhook's address, events or note.
- Send a test event.
- Pause the webhook and turn it back on.
- Rotate the signing secret.
- Open a delivery to see the body sent and the destination's response.
- Resend a specific delivery from its detail.
- Resend all undelivered deliveries at once.
Step by step
Recover deliveries after a destination failure
- 1. Fix the destination so it responds again.
- 2. Click Turn back on if the webhook is disabled.
- 3. Click Resend the undelivered deliveries.
What happens next
Each pending delivery goes out again with the same event identifier, so the destination can recognise the ones it already received.
Keep in mind
- A delivery is retried up to 8 times. If all of them fail, it stays undelivered.
- If deliveries fail many times in a row, OnBio disables the webhook and lets you know.
- When you rotate the secret, the previous one stops working at once. Put the new one in the destination.
- Deleting the webhook cancels pending deliveries and the history is kept for 30 days.
