Here you see the record of a person who recommends your products. You have their clicks, their sales and their commissions by status, next to their links per product and the status of their payout account.
How to get there
In Affiliates, click the person's name in the list.
What you can do
- See their code, their sign-up date and the version of the terms they accepted.
- Check whether their payout account is complete and when their next payment is due.
- Copy their link for each product with a commission.
- Review their latest commissions or open them all with See all their commissions.
- Approve, reject, suspend, reactivate or remove the affiliate depending on their status.
Step by step
Suspend an affiliate
- 1. Check in the record that the affiliate is active.
- 2. Click Suspend.
Approve a request
- 1. Review the details of the person asking to join.
- 2. Click Approve, or click Reject and type the reason if you want.
What happens next
An affiliate who is not active stops earning commissions on new sales. The commissions they already had follow their course. With Reactivate they earn them again.
Keep in mind
- Without a commission rule there is no link. You choose the products with a commission in Program and rules.
- If their payout setup is not complete when a commission is released, that commission becomes not payable and its amount goes back to you.
