Chapter 4 of 4

Safe payments

In an OnBio store you pay through Stripe, one of the most used payment platforms in the world. Your card details go straight to Stripe. Neither OnBio nor the creator ever see them.

Confirm with your bank

Many purchases ask for your bank's confirmation, as European payment rules require. If your bank asks, confirm the payment in its app or with the code it sends you. That confirmation is one more protection for your money, because nobody can pay with your card without your phone.

What you see at checkout

Checkout says Secure payment with Stripe. OnBio never sees your card details. next to the pay button. The price you see is what you pay, with taxes included. Extras always come unticked and nothing is added by surprise.

Distrust whoever asks for your details

Nobody from OnBio or the store will ever ask for your card details by email or message. If you get a message like that, do not answer. To pay, always enter the store from its address and pay at its checkout.

The guarantee

Many products have a guarantee checkout shows you before paying. Within its period, you get your money back if you ask, with no questions. The guide refunds and buyer protection explains it.

If you see an odd charge

If you see on your statement a charge you do not recognise, look it up in who charged me before complaining to your bank. Often it is a purchase of yours in a store with a different name from the one you remembered. Safe payments explains it.
