Chapter 1 of 4

Who sells to you

In an OnBio store, the creator sells to you, a person or a company with their own tax details. OnBio is the platform the store uses to sell. It processes the charge, gives you access to what you buy and issues the invoices.

Check the seller's details

  1. 1. In the store, open the legal information in the footer.
  2. 2. Read the details under Who sells.

You see the seller's name or company name, their trade name, their tax ID, their address, their email and their phone. They are the details the law requires of whoever sells online. With them you make any claim about the purchase.

The products OnBio sells

For the products of the stores the legal seller is OnBio and the content or the service belongs to the creator. The product page shows you both. OnBio issues your invoice and handles your claims about the purchase.

The exception is the VAT-exempt healthcare sessions and private tuition. The professional sells them, without VAT, and the checkout says so with «Sold by» and their name. Their invoice is in the name of the professional, although OnBio issues it for them.

How the charge appears

The charge on your bank appears as “ONBIO*” followed by the store's name. If one day you do not recognise a charge, the page who charged me tells you which store it belongs to with the amount, the date and the last digits of your card.

Reviews

On each product's page you can read other buyers' reviews. Those with the verified buyer mark come from people who paid for that product. If you buy, you can also leave yours from your member area.

If the store does not sell yet

If the store has not completed its tax details, it cannot sell. The legal information says so with Not selling yet, and you cannot pay until it completes them.

Who to complain to

For any question or claim about a purchase, write to the store from its help page or from My questions in your area. The store answers you by email. Who sells to you explains it.

What you have now

You know who sells to you. In the next chapter you see how you can pay.
