Invoice in your name

1. 11. Enter your store area with the link in your email.
2. 22. Click My invoices in the top bar.
3. 33. Click Download on the purchase's invoice.

In My purchases you also have each order's invoice with Download invoice. A subscription has an invoice for each charge and an instalment payment, one for each instalment.

If you do not give your tax details when paying, you get a simplified invoice. It works as proof of purchase. If you buy for your company or your professional activity, you need a full invoice with your details to deduct VAT.

1. 11. In your area, click My invoices.
2. 22. Click Ask for a full invoice on the invoice's row.
3. 33. Type the Tax ID or VAT number and the Name or company name.
4. 44. Fill in the Address, the Postcode, the City and the Country.
5. 55. Click Issue full invoice.

The store issues a new invoice with your details that replaces the simplified one, with its own number.

So you do not have to ask for it later, tick I'm buying as a company or professional at checkout and type your tax ID. You get the full invoice directly. If you buy from another EU country with a valid VAT number, the invoice may carry VAT differently, according to your country's rules.

Some sessions are sold by the professional, without VAT, because they are healthcare or private tuition. The checkout summary says «Sold by» and their name. The invoice is issued in their name with the article of the law that exempts it. If the same payment has other products, OnBio sells them and they are charged separately, with their own invoice.

If you buy as a company or professional with a Spanish tax ID, the checkout ticks Apply IRPF withholding (15%) with the rate of the professional, which can also be 7%. You pay the price less the withholding. Your business pays that withholding to the tax office. If you do not have to withhold, untick it and you pay the whole price.

An issued invoice cannot be edited. If the details were wrong, ask the store from My questions. Invoice in your company's name explains it.
