Safe payments
Reviewed on 5 October 2026
In an OnBio store you pay through Stripe, one of the most used payment platforms in the world. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and neither OnBio nor the creator ever sees them.
Pay with your bank's confirmation
- 1. At checkout, type your card details or choose another payment method.
- 2. Click the pay button.
- 3. If your bank asks for it, confirm the payment in its app or with the code it sends you.
What happens next
The payment is confirmed and you reach the thank-you page. On your statement it shows as “ONBIO* NAME”, with the name of the store.
Keep in mind
- Checkout says Secure payment with Stripe. OnBio never sees your card details. next to the pay button.
- Many purchases ask for your bank's confirmation, as European payment regulations require. That confirmation is one more protection for your money.
- Nobody from OnBio or the store will ever ask you for your card details by email or by message.
- If you see a charge you do not recognise, see I do not recognise a charge.
