Invoices to the buyer

If the buyer gives their tax ID and name at checkout, they get a full invoice. Without them they get a simplified invoice. Above €400 with taxes, the simplified one carries the mention required by the invoicing regulation.

A buyer who needs their details on the invoice asks for it in full from their member area. They get an invoice that replaces the simplified one, without you doing anything.

The invoices to your buyers are OnBio's and do not appear in your list. Each buyer has theirs in their member area. Your sales go into your monthly self-billed invoice, which is in your list.

1. 11. Open Invoices in the side menu.
2. 22. Choose Self-billed sales invoice in the Type filter.
3. 33. Click Download PDF on the self-billed invoice you are looking for.

An issued invoice is not deleted or edited. When there is a refund, full or partial, a corrective invoice with negative amounts that links to the original is issued on its own. The original appears as Corrected or Partly corrected.

Within the guarantee, the refund goes out on its own and so does the corrective invoice. After the guarantee, the corrective invoice goes out when you approve the refund. Corrective invoices explains it.

OnBio's fee has no invoice of its own. It is deducted from each sale before your self-billed invoice is calculated, which already holds what you are owed. The only OnBio invoice to your business is the one for the fee of your plan.
