VAT, invoices and Verifactu

56 min · 6 chapters

Here you understand how the taxes of what you sell on OnBio work, without needing to know about taxes. There are six chapters you can read in order or jump to the one you need, about 56 minutes in total.

You start with who sells your products, because everything else depends on it. Then you see VAT, the invoices to your buyers, Verifactu, the self-billed invoices with their withholding and what you prepare each year for your accountant.

When you finish you will have

  • Clear that OnBio sells all your products as the legal seller.
  • Checked the tax of a sale, that of a session included.
  • Found your buyers' invoices and the corrective invoices of your refunds.
  • Checked the Verifactu status of your invoices.
  • Reviewed your monthly self-billed invoice with its withholding.
  • Downloaded the report your accountant needs.

Have at hand

  • Your sign-up to sell completed, with the tax authorisations signed.
  • At least one sale, to follow the examples with your own data.
  • Your accountant's contact, if you have one, to share the reports with them.
