Form 347 and annual summary

Each report has your sales by country, the VAT, the fees and the net. It also includes the month's self-billed invoice with its withholding. You get an email as soon as the report is ready to download.

1. 11. Open Reports in the side menu.
2. 22. Click the month's row.
3. 33. Click Download PDF to read it or Download CSV for your accounting software.

The first report is generated when the month of your first sale closes. If tax details are missing, it comes out blocked until you complete them.

On 1 January OnBio generates the summary of the previous year. It brings together your income, your expenses with OnBio, your withholding certificate and the data for form 347. Download it like a monthly report.

Form 347 is the annual return of operations with third parties. It brings together the operations with each third party above €3,005.06 a year. Your operations with OnBio are usually among them, because OnBio pays you for your services each month.

The annual summary gives you the total with OnBio for your accountant to include. Your buyers buy from OnBio, so they do not go into your Form 347.
