Checkout and payouts

The checkout of each product shows your colour, your logo and your testimonials. Its order does not change, because it is designed so that paying is fast on a phone.

1. 11. Open the product, go to Settings and select Checkout.
2. 22. Choose the Brand colour and check the contrast that appears below.
3. 33. Upload your logo and a header image.
4. 44. Select Save changes.

You can ask the buyer up to 10 questions with the custom fields, for example their level or their goal. The answers appear in the detail of each order.

The money of what you sell waits in On hold until you verify. The verification has two steps in Verify to get paid: your identity and your bank in the secure form of Stripe, and OnBio's review, which is requested on its own.

1. 11. Select Verify to get paid in the notice of Payouts or on the home of the panel.
2. 22. Write your ID or NIE and your bank account in Stripe.
3. 33. Come back to OnBio and wait for the review, which usually takes less than a working day.

Each sale goes into your Pending balance while its guarantee period lasts. When it ends it becomes Available, and from there it goes to your bank. You see it in Payouts, with the date on which the next amount becomes available.

OnBio deducts its commission from each sale before it reaches your balance. The commission depends on your plan and you see it in the detail of each movement.

1. 11. Open Payouts and select the Payouts tab.
2. 22. In Schedule, choose Every week or When I ask in Frequency.
3. 33. If you choose every week, choose the Day.
4. 44. Select Save.

With the weekly payout, OnBio transfers the whole available balance that day in the morning, Madrid time. With When I ask, you transfer it yourself with Withdraw balance, and balance left 80 days without a withdrawal is sent on its own, with a notice 3 days before.

The checkout of your product carries your brand and you know when the money reaches your bank. If a transfer does not arrive, check I have not received a transfer.
