Create the account and the business
In this chapter you create your OnBio account and, on the first screen of the setup, your business. The business is the store that sells your products, with its name and its address on onbio.es. Your account is the person who goes into the panel to manage it.
Choose the name and the address
The business name is the one your buyers see in the store, at checkout and in their emails. You can change it later in the business settings. The address is the end of the link of your store, like onbio.es/lucia-nutricion. Choose a short one that is easy to say out loud and has no accents, because it is the one you will put on your social media and say in a live video. It has 3 to 30 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. Once created it can't be changed from the panel.
Create the account
- 1. Open Create account on onbio.es.
- 2. Write your Email.
- 3. Write a Password of at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
- 4. Select Create account.
After protecting your account, which the next chapter explains, the welcome asks for the Business name and suggests the address of your store from it. If it is taken, it offers the next free variant.
You can also sign up with Sign up with Google or Sign up with Apple. In that case you do not choose a password and you sign in with your Google or Apple account.
Confirm your email
OnBio sends you a 6-digit code that expires in 15 minutes. If it does not arrive, look in your spam folder and select Resend code.
- 1. Open the email from OnBio.
- 2. Write the 6-digit code on the screen.
- 3. Select Confirm account.
What you have now
Your account is created and your email confirmed. Before entering the panel, OnBio asks you to protect your account, which is the next chapter, and then you choose the name and the address of your business.
