Chapter 4 of 7
Chapter 4 of 7
Publish with one signature
In this chapter you finish the setup on the screen Publish and start selling. You write your tax details, accept the texts of the setup with one box and sign it all with your second factor. When you finish, your store and your product are published and you sell from that moment.
Write your tax details
With these details OnBio issues your invoices from the first sale. The tax ID tells whether you sell as self-employed or as a company. The screen shows it under the field.
- 1. Write your Tax ID (NIF) and your Name or company name.
- 2. Write your Tax address, the postcode and the city.
- 3. Write your Phone, which shows on your seller details.
- 4. If it is a company, write its commercial registry and its entry.
If the tax ID does not match
The screen checks the tax ID while you write. If the letter does not match the number, the field says so and you cannot go on until you fix it. Some tax IDs of entities have an unusual but valid control character: in that case a box appears to confirm that the number is correct.
- 1. Check the tax ID on your ID card, your NIE or the card of your company.
- 2. If the control character is the right one, tick the confirmation box.
If you leave the screen halfway, what you wrote is kept and you come back to the same point the next time you open the panel.
Sign the setup
One box accepts the creator terms, the data processing agreement and the trader self-certification, and authorises OnBio to invoice on your behalf and to represent you before the Tax Agency.
- 1. Tick the box of the texts of the setup.
- 2. Select Publish and start selling.
- 3. Confirm with your passkey or write the code of your app.
- 4. Select Confirm and publish.
If you started your professional activity this year or in the two before, you can declare later the reduced withholding of 7%. It is explained in Complete your tax details.
What you have now
Your store and your product are published and you get by email the PDF of each signed authorisation. What you sell waits on hold until you verify your identity and your bank, which happens in the chapter about payouts.
