Chapter 1 of 5
Chapter 1 of 5
Balance and release
Each sale adds to your balance what you keep after taxes and OnBio's fee. That money does not go to your bank at once. It first waits for the product's guarantee to end, because in that period the buyer can ask for their money back with no questions.
The four figures
The balance is split into four figures depending on where each euro is.
- 1. Open Payouts in the side menu.
- 2. Look at Pending, the sales still within the guarantee period.
- 3. Look at Available, what you can already transfer to your bank.
- 4. Look at Held, the reserve for disputes or risk, if you have one.
- 5. Look at On its way, the transfers already heading to your bank.
When a sale is released
Each product's guarantee goes from 7 to 30 days and you choose it when creating it. A sale of a product with a 14-day guarantee becomes available 14 days after the charge. In the movements it appears as End of the guarantee period.
Sessions and services follow their own cancellation policy. If a sale has a refund or an open chargeback, it waits until that is resolved.
Follow a movement
Each sale brings several lines: the sale, OnBio's fee and, when it applies, the VAT or the income tax withholding. Affiliate commissions and co-production shares also appear as movements of their own.
- 1. Scroll down to Movements.
- 2. Find the line by its date, its concept or its order.
- 3. Read whether it adds to Pending or to Available and when it becomes available.
Refunds and disputes
A refund subtracts from the pending or the available balance, depending on where the sale is. A dispute holds the amount until it is resolved. If you win, the amount goes back to your balance. Your balance explains it.
What you have now
You know how to read your balance and when each sale is released. In the next chapter you choose when that money reaches your bank.
