Reports for your accountant

You get an email when each report is ready. The first one is generated when the month of your first sale closes.

1. 11. Open Reports in the side menu.
2. 22. Click the month's row.
3. 33. Click Download PDF to read it or Download CSV for your accounting software.

The self-billed invoice is the invoice of your services to OnBio for everything you sold in the month, sessions included. You have 15 days to review it. If something is off, reject it.

1. 11. In the month's report, check the amounts of the Self-billed invoice and its withholding.
2. 22. Click Reject the self-billed invoice if something is off.
3. 33. Type the Reason and click Reject.

On 1 January OnBio generates the summary of the previous year, with your income, your expenses with OnBio, your withholding certificate and the data for form 347. You download it like a monthly report. The guide VAT, invoices and Verifactu explains it in detail.

If tax details or the invoicing authorisation are missing, the report comes out blocked until you complete them. Check your tax details in Settings. As soon as you complete them, OnBio generates the pending report and lets you know by email.
