Your balance on OnBio

Reviewed on 4 October 2026
On this page

Each sale adds to your balance what is left after taxes and OnBio's commission. That money does not go to your bank straight away: first it waits for the product's guarantee to end. Then you can transfer it whenever you want or receive it every week.

Read the four figures of the balance

The balance is split into four figures depending on where each euro is.

«Balance» tab of «Payouts» with the available, pending, held and in-transit balance, the reserve notice and the balance movements.
  1. 1. Open Payouts in the side menu.
  2. 2. Look at Available, what you can already transfer to your bank.
  3. 3. Look at Pending, the sales still within the guarantee period.
  4. 4. Look at Held, the reserve for disputes or risk, if you have one.
  5. 5. Look at On its way, the transfers already going to your bank.

Follow a movement

  1. 1. Scroll down to Movements.
  2. 2. Find the line by its date, its concept or its order.
  3. 3. Read whether it adds to Pending or to Available and when it becomes available.

What happens next

When a sale's guarantee ends, its amount moves from pending to available and appears in the movements as End of the guarantee period. From then on you can withdraw it or wait for the weekly payout.

Keep in mind

  • Each sale brings several lines: the sale, OnBio's commission and, when it applies, the VAT or the income tax withholding.
  • A refund takes away from the pending or the available balance, depending on where the sale is.
  • A dispute holds the amount until it is resolved. If you win it, it goes back to your balance.
  • Affiliate commissions and co-production shares also appear as movements of their own.
