Commissions and holding

When someone arrives through an affiliate's link and accepts the affiliate cookies, OnBio keeps that click for the window. If they buy within that period, the sale belongs to that affiliate. If they first arrive through another's link, the sale belongs to the last one.

If the visitor rejects the affiliate cookies, the click is not recorded and the sale has no affiliate. An affiliate who buys with their own link generates no commission. How a sale is attributed explains it.

Each commission is created when the sale is paid and is deducted from your pending balance. OnBio holds it while the order's guarantee lasts, because in that period the buyer can ask for their money back. While the order has an open chargeback or an active refund request, it stays held.

When the guarantee ends, the commission is released and paid to the affiliate in the same cycle as your funds. That way the affiliate gets paid at the same time as you, without you transferring anything.

A refund or a lost chargeback before payment voids the commission, or the refunded part if the refund is partial. That amount returns to your balance. A commission already paid is not reversed. It appears as Refunded after payment.

1. 11. Click Affiliates in the side menu and open Commissions.
2. 22. Filter by status, by Product or by Period.
3. 33. Click Export CSV to take them to a spreadsheet.

Above the list are the period's totals by status. From an affiliate's page, See all their commissions opens the list with their filter.
