Chapter 5 of 5

Co-production

If you create a product with other OnBio creators, a co-production agreement splits the net of each sale among you. Each partner gets their share in their account without anyone transferring anything. Unlike an affiliate, a partner owns part of the product.

Create the agreement

  1. 1. Click Co-production in the side menu and click New agreement.
  2. 2. Choose the Product and click Add partner for each partner.
  3. 3. Type each partner's share and adjust Your share (%) until it reaches 100%.
  4. 4. Tick I have read and accept the co-production terms.
  5. 5. Send the invitations to the partners.

Each agreement joins a product with up to four partners. Shares add up to 100% and each one is at least 1%. The product has to be sold by OnBio as legal seller and have no other active agreement.

Answer an invitation

  1. 1. Open the agreement from the email or from Co-production.
  2. 2. Check the split and tick I have read and accept the co-production terms.
  3. 3. Click Accept agreement.

The agreement becomes active when all the partners accept it. If someone rejects it or 14 days pass without every answer, the product stays without a split.

What is split

What is split is what remains after VAT and the commissions of OnBio and the affiliate, if there is one. The leftover cent of each split belongs to the owner. Each share is transferred to the partner when the sale's guarantee ends. Each partner invoices their share to OnBio with their monthly self-billed invoice.

What each partner needs

Each partner needs their payout setup complete and the self-billing mandate in force. If not, OnBio holds their share and lets them know. A refund voids or reverses the shares in the same proportion.

End or change the agreement

Any partner can click End the agreement. Earlier sales keep their split and the other partners get a notice. To change percentages or partners a new agreement is needed, which replaces the previous one when it becomes active. Share your sales with other creators explains it.
