Responsible declaration
The responsible declaration is the document in which whoever produces an invoicing system declares it complies with the law. OnBio publishes the one for the system it issues your invoices with, with its version and identifier code. Your accountant or the Tax Agency may ask you for it.
Legal basis
It is required by article 13 of Royal Decree 1007/2023. Its content is set by article 15 of Order HAC/1177/2024.
