Responsible declaration
Reviewed on 4 October 2026
This page publishes the responsible declaration of the system OnBio uses to issue invoices. Article 13 of Royal Decree 1007/2023 requires it from whoever produces an invoicing system, with the content of article 15 of Order HAC/1177/2024. In it the producer declares that the system complies with the regulation of invoicing systems and Verifactu.
Each version of the system in service has its declaration, so the page always shows the one of the version your invoices are issued with.
How to get there
Select Responsible declaration at the foot of the side menu of the panel. You can also open it at onbio.es/responsible-declaration.
What you can do
- Read the name and the identifier code of the system and its version.
- Check that the system is used only as VERI*FACTU and that it supports several taxpayers.
- See the producer with its tax ID, its address, the compliance statement and the date and place of the signature.
Keep in mind
- Your accountant or the Spanish Tax Agency can ask you for this declaration. Share the link of this page.
- Several taxpayers means that the same system invoices for OnBio and for each creator, each one with its own chain of records.
- If the version in service does not have its declaration published yet, the page says so.
