Chapter 1 of 5

The 14-day withdrawal right

The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving reasons. It is your right as a consumer, valid in any store that sells to you online. On OnBio it applies according to the type of product.

Check your period

  1. 1. In your area, click My purchases and then the order's row.
  2. 2. Click Ask for the refund.
  3. 3. Read the line “You can withdraw until…”, with the deadline, if you are still within the period.

Use the withdrawal right

  1. 1. From the same screen, write in Reason (optional) that you withdraw from the purchase.
  2. 2. Click Confirm the request.

Within the period, we return what you paid to the same payment method and you lose access to the product. You follow it in your refund's status, with an email at each step.

In services

For a session, a pack, a custom service or a live event you keep the withdrawal right during the period. If you ask for the service to start before it ends and then withdraw, you pay for the part already provided. In a pack of 5 sessions with 2 held, you get back the share of the 3 you did not use.

Withdrawal and guarantee

Withdrawal is a legal right with a fixed period. The guarantee is a period each creator gives, from 7 to 30 days. It returns your money also when you have already lost the withdrawal right. If you are within either of them, ask for the refund.

The law

Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, sets the withdrawal period in its article 102. Its exception for digital content is in article 103. Withdrawal and digital content explains it.

What you have now

You know how long you have to withdraw. In the next chapter you see what happens with digital content.
