Invoice in your company's name

Reviewed on 5 October 2026
On this page

If you buy for your company or your professional activity, you need a full invoice with your tax details to deduct the VAT. The store issues a simplified one with every purchase, and you swap it for a full one from your area in a minute.

Before you start

  • Have at hand the company's tax ID or European VAT number, its name or company name and its tax address.

Ask for the full invoice

  1. 1. In your area, click My invoices.
  2. 2. Click Ask for a full invoice on the invoice row.
  3. 3. Type the Tax ID or VAT number and the Name or company name.
  4. 4. Fill in the Address, Postcode, City and Country.
  5. 5. Click Issue full invoice.

What happens next

The store issues a new invoice with your details that replaces the simplified one, with its own number. It appears in My invoices and you can download it straight away.

Keep in mind

  • The Spanish invoicing regulation, Royal Decree 1619/2012, requires the recipient's tax details to deduct the VAT. A simplified invoice does not serve that purpose.
  • If you buy from another European Union country with a valid VAT number, the full invoice may carry the VAT differently, according to the rules of your country and the type of product.
  • If you ask for many invoices in a short time, the screen asks you to wait before asking for another.
  • An issued invoice cannot be edited. If the details were wrong, ask the store from My questions.
