Buyer protection

Within each product's guarantee, the buyer gets their money back with no questions. Checkout shows it with its days before paying. It applies even if the buyer waived the withdrawal right for digital content.

The law gives the buyer 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content, the buyer consents to start now and loses that right with a box that comes unticked. For sessions, packs, services and events they keep it. If they ask in time, OnBio returns their money. The right of withdrawal by type of product explains it.

On their statement, the charge appears as “ONBIO*” followed by your store's name. If they do not recognise it, the page who charged me tells them which store it belongs to with the amount, the date and the last digits of their card. With that information, many claims to the bank are never opened.

Your store's legal information tells them who sells to them, with your trader details. On the products OnBio sells, they see that OnBio is the legal seller and the content is yours.

The buyer can ask for a copy of their data, correct it or delete it. OnBio handles what it keeps as a platform and forwards the request to you if that person is on your contact list.
