Payouts and invoices

1. 11. In your affiliate panel, open Self-billed invoices.
2. 22. Find the payment's self-billed invoice, with what we transferred to you.
3. 33. Click Download PDF if you need it.

You get an email with each payment sent. The money takes a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

The self-billed invoice is your invoice for your commissions, which OnBio issues on your behalf with your setup's tax details. It carries the VAT and withholding that apply to you. The transfer is the base plus VAT minus withholding.

Commissions are your income. Declare your income as an affiliate according to your tax situation. The self-billed invoice works as proof. If you have an accountant, give them your self-billed invoices each quarter. Each store issues its own, so download them from each one's panel.

If a payment fails, the commission appears as Payment failed and we email you. It usually happens when the bank account is closed or does not match your name. Check your payout account and the payment is retried in the next cycle. I have not received the payment of my commissions explains it.

If the store suspends you as an affiliate, your links stop generating new commissions. The ones you already had follow their course until paid. I have been suspended as an affiliate explains it.
