Commissions

1. 11. Enter the store's area and click Affiliates.
2. 22. Scroll down to Commissions.
3. 33. Look at each one's status and the date it is released.

• Pending means the sale is still within the guarantee. You see the date it is released.
• Being paid means the guarantee ended and we are transferring the commission to you.
• Paid means we already transferred it to you, with its self-billed invoice.
• Voided means the sale was refunded before paying you.
• Not payable means the commission was lost, for example for not completing the payout setup in time.

If the sale is refunded after paying you, the commission already paid is not reversed. It appears with the Refunded after payment mark, and it is not deducted from your next payments.

If the buyer opens a chargeback with their bank, the commission stays held while the bank decides. If the chargeback is lost before paying you, the commission is voided. If it is won, it follows its course and is released when the guarantee ends.

In a subscription, each renewal generates a new commission if the program also pays renewals. The program page says so under What you earn. A person who subscribes with your link can give you commissions for months.

The commission is calculated on the price before VAT, after coupons. If the buyer used a big coupon, your commission is smaller. The store decides each product's percentage or fixed amount. Held and available commissions explains it.
