The program terms say how you can recommend the products and what is not allowed, such as using the store's name in paid ads if the store forbids it. Read them before joining. If the store changes its terms, a new version is stored.

If the creator invites you, you get an email with the link. When you open it you see The store has invited you to its program. and you join the same way. Join a creator's program explains it.

You can be an affiliate of several stores at once. Each one has its own program, its links and its commissions. Its affiliate panel is in that store's member area, under Affiliates.

You are now an affiliate. In the next chapter you sign up to get paid.
