I have not received the payment of my commissions

Check these causes in order, from the most frequent to the least frequent. Each one says how to recognise it, where it shows and how to fix it.
The commission has not been released yet
- How to recognise it
The commission shows as Pending with a release date that has not come yet.
- Where to check it
You see it under Commissions in your affiliate program, next to the amount.
- What to do
Wait until that date. Commissions are released when the sale's guarantee ends, as held and available commissions explains.
Your payout setup is not complete
- How to recognise it
The released commissions are still unpaid and your panel warns about the pending payout setup.
- Where to check it
You see it in the payout setup, which says which part is missing.
- What to do
Complete your tax details, the two authorisations and the payout account. After that, the released commissions are paid on their own.
The bank rejected the transfer
- How to recognise it
The commission shows as Payment failed and you got an email saying so.
- Where to check it
You see it under Commissions in your affiliate program and in the failed payment email.
- What to do
Check the bank account of your payout account from the payout setup. Once it is corrected, the payment is retried.
The money is on its way
- How to recognise it
The commission shows as Paid, you got the payment email and the money is not in your account yet.
- Where to check it
You see it under Self-billed invoices in your affiliate program, with the amount transferred.
- What to do
A transfer takes a few business days depending on your bank. If a week goes by without it arriving, write to soporte@onbio.es with the self-billed invoice number.
