Tax details
To pay you your commissions, OnBio issues on your behalf a self-billed invoice for each payment and declares it to the Tax Agency. That is why you need to sign up once with your tax details, two authorisations and your payout account. Do it as soon as you join, because if you do not complete the setup in time you lose the pending commissions.
Complete your details
- 1. In your affiliate program, click the payout setup notice.
- 2. Complete your Tax details, with your tax ID and your address.
If your tax ID's control character does not match the usual calculation but the tax ID is correct, tick I confirm the tax ID is correct. to continue.
Sign the authorisations
- 1. Read the self-billing authorisation and tick I have read the authorisation and I sign it.
- 2. Click Sign authorisation.
- 3. Do the same with the representation before the Tax Agency.
To sign you must have signed in less than 10 minutes ago. If not, we send a code to your email. The text you sign is the Spanish one. The English version is a translation.
Open your payout account
- 1. Click Open the payout account.
- 2. Follow the Stripe form with your identity and your bank account.
What happens next
When the three parts are complete, you see your payout setup is complete. From then on you receive each commission when it is released, with its self-billed invoice to download in your panel. A single setup works for every store where you are an affiliate.
If the date passes
If your setup is not complete, we email you about the pending commissions you may lose and the deadline. A commission released without setup becomes Not payable and its amount returns to the creator. Give your tax details as an affiliate explains it.
