Held and available commissions

A commission is not paid at the moment of the sale. It stays Pending until the product's guarantee ends, because if the buyer asks for a refund in that period, the commission is voided.
See when it is released
- 1. In your affiliate panel, open Commissions.
- 2. Find the commission with the Pending status.
- 3. Read the date it is released, next to the amount.
What happens next
When the guarantee ends, the commission is released and we transfer it to you if your payout setup is complete. It becomes Being paid and then Paid, with its self-billed invoice.
Keep in mind
- If the buyer asks for a refund within the guarantee, the commission becomes Voided.
- If the sale is refunded after paying you, the commission already paid is not reversed. It appears with the Refunded after payment mark.
- If your payout setup is not complete, we let you know by email about the pending commissions you may lose and the deadline.
- In a subscription, each renewal generates a new commission if the program also pays renewals.
