Your buyers' invoices

• Complete your trader details in onboarding, because the page of each product shows them next to those of OnBio.

The invoice of a sale goes from OnBio to its buyer, so it doesn't appear in your list of invoices. The buyer has it in their member area.

1. 11. Ask the buyer to open their member area from the email of the purchase.
2. 22. They go to My invoices.
3. 33. They select Download invoice on the purchase they are looking for.

The buyer keeps their invoice in their email and downloads it whenever they want from their member area. If they bought without their tax details, they can ask there for the full invoice with their tax ID and their name or company name, which replaces the simplified one.

• If the buyer gives their tax ID and their name at checkout, they receive a full invoice. Without them they receive a simplified invoice. Above 400 € including taxes, that invoice carries the mention of article 6.1.d) of the Invoicing Regulation.
• The invoices to your buyers are from OnBio and do not appear in your list of invoices. Your sales go into your self-billed invoice of each month.
• Each invoice is recorded in Verifactu and carries its tax QR code.
• A refund issues a corrective invoice, also on its own. Corrective invoices explains it.
