The creator withdrew a product you bought

Reviewed on 5 October 2026

A product can stop being sold because its creator withdraws it or because OnBio withdraws it for breaking the rules. What happens to your purchase depends on who withdraws it and whether you already used it.

Check your access

  1. 1. Enter your area, as sign in to your area explains.
  2. 2. Find the purchase in its group.
  3. 3. Click Open and see whether the content is still available.

What happens next

If the creator stops selling the product, you keep access to what you bought. If the content no longer opens, you see «This content is no longer available» and you can ask for the refund from the purchase.

If OnBio withdraws the product for breaking its rules, we let you know by email with what happens to your purchase and, when it applies, with the refund.

Keep in mind

  • Ask for the refund from the purchase details. If the content was withdrawn, the store cannot refuse because you are outside the guarantee.
  • A subscription to a withdrawn product stops being charged. You do not have to cancel it.
  • If you have questions, write to the store from My questions, as write to the creator explains.
