Digital products, such as an ebook, a template or an audio pack, are downloaded from your member area. You can download them as many times as you like while you have access.
Before you start
- Enter the store's area with the email you bought with, as sign in to your area explains.
Download a file
- 1. In your area, click Open on the product.
- 2. Click Download next to the file you want.
- 3. If it is a PDF, wait while you see Preparing your download.
What happens next
The file is saved in your browser's downloads folder. PDFs carry your email and the order number in their footer, because they are for your personal use.
Keep in mind
- If you see We could not prepare the download. Try again later or write to the creator., try again in a few minutes. If nothing changes, write to the store as write to the creator explains.
- If the download stops halfway, try another connection or a computer: large files take longer on a phone.
- If you ask for a refund and it is approved, you can no longer download the product again.
