Session packs

The pack is a one-time payment offer of the sessions product, with its number of sessions and its validity. You need the product published with its availability.

1. 11. Open the product in Products, open Settings and click Offers.
2. 22. Click New offer and type the Name, for example “Pack of five sessions”.
3. 33. Choose One-time payment and type the Price including VAT in euros of the whole pack.
4. 44. Tick Sell as a session pass.
5. 55. Type the Sessions in the pass and, if you want it to expire, the Days of validity.
6. 66. Click Save offer.

A pack carries from 2 to 50 sessions. Validity goes from 30 to 730 days from payment. If you leave it empty, the pack does not expire.

Each booking they make from My bookings deducts one session. If they cancel within the deadline, the session goes back to their pack. They only see slots starting before their pack expires, so they do not book a session they could no longer use.

2. 22. Click the Passes tab.
3. 33. Choose the product or the status if you want to narrow the list.

The pack becomes No sessions left when all are used and Expired when its date arrives. Write to whoever has a pack about to expire with unused sessions, so they book them in time.

The product can have a single session offer and a pack offer. Choose as default offer the one you want whoever reaches the page to see first. Share the other one's link in your emails. Session packs explains it.
