Availability and calendars

Start with the connections, because the availability picks from them the video call and the calendar where bookings are written.

1. 11. Open Settings and click Calendars and video calls.
2. 22. Click Connect next to Google Calendar and Meet, Outlook or Zoom.
3. 33. Accept all the permissions in the provider's window.
4. 44. Tick under Subtract busy times from the calendars that remove hours.
5. 55. Choose the calendar under Bookings are written here.

Also tick your personal calendar if it has appointments you do not want overlapped. From those calendars OnBio only reads whether an hour is busy. The title and content of your appointments stay in your calendar.

Availability lives in each sessions product. That way two products can have different schedules, for example a short consultation in the mornings and a long mentoring in the afternoons.

1. 11. Open the product in Products, go to Content and click Set the hours.
2. 22. Under Weekly time slots, click Add slot on each day and choose From and To.
3. 33. Set the Duration, the Break between sessions and Slots every.
4. 44. Click Save and check the slots in This is how the buyer will see it.

Besides your calendars, your other bookings and your live events remove slots. An hour booked in one product stops being offered in all the others. If the buyer lives in another country, they see the slots in their own time zone.

If a connection stops working, your sessions cannot be booked until you reconnect it. You get an email to do it. My calendar has disconnected explains it.

Your calendar offers only your free slots. In the next chapter you choose each booking's video call.
