Session passes

• Have a published product of type 1:1 session with its availability.

The pass is a one-time payment offer of the session product, with its number of sessions and its validity.

1. 11. Open the product in Products, open Settings and click Offers.
2. 22. Click New offer and type the Name, for example «Pass of five sessions».
3. 33. Choose One-time payment and type the Price including VAT in euros of the whole pass.
4. 44. Tick Sell as a session pass.
5. 55. Type the Sessions in the pass and, if you want it to expire, the Days of validity.
6. 66. Click Save offer.

2. 22. Click the Passes tab.
3. 33. Choose the product or the status if you want to narrow the list.

When they pay, the buyer receives their pass with every session left to book. Each booking they make from My bookings takes one session. If they cancel within the deadline, the session goes back to their pass. The pass becomes No sessions left when all are used and Expired when its date arrives.

• A pass carries from 2 to 50 sessions. The validity goes from 30 to 730 days from the payment, or the pass does not expire if you leave it empty.
• The buyer only sees free times that start before their pass expires.
• If you cancel a session of a pass yourself, the session goes back to the pass and there is no money refund.
• If you revoke the buyer's access, the pass becomes Withdrawn and its future bookings are cancelled.
