Meet and Zoom

1. 11. Open the product in Products, go to Content and click Set the hours.
2. 22. Choose the Video call and the account that creates it.
3. 33. Choose the Calendar to write to for the booking.
4. 44. Click Save.

For a live event, you choose it in Content of the product, with Set the date. You can use Meet in some products and Zoom in others.

When the payment is confirmed, OnBio creates the meeting and writes the event in your calendar with the link. If the buyer changes the time, OnBio moves the event and changes the meeting's time. If someone cancels, OnBio deletes the event from your calendar and the meeting.

Join from the event in your calendar, from the booking's details in Bookings or from the OnBio app with Join the video call. For a live event, the meeting opens 30 minutes before the start.

Meet does not ask whoever joins from a computer to install anything and comes with your Google account. Zoom is better known for classes with many people and lets you record in your Zoom account. Choose the one your clients already use. If your Zoom account is free, check its time limit per meeting before selling long sessions.

If you delete or move a booking's event in your calendar, the booking stays confirmed in OnBio at its time. The booking's details warn you and let you write the event again. My calendar has disconnected explains it.
