My calendar has disconnected
On this page
If your calendar or your video call stops working, your sessions may stop being bookable or bookings may not reach your calendar. Find here what the panel or the email tells you and follow the steps for that cause.
The account has stopped working
- How to recognise it
The connection shows Needs reconnecting and you got the email «Connect … again» with your provider's name in it. Meanwhile, your sessions cannot be booked.
- Where to check it
You see it in Calendars and video calls, in the account's status.
- What to do
Click Reconnect on that account and accept every permission in the provider's window. The bookings you already had stay in place and new events reach your calendar again.
A permission is missing
- How to recognise it
When connecting, the screen says «A permission is missing. Connect again and accept every permission.» and the account does not appear in the list.
- Where to check it
You see it in Calendars and video calls, right after coming back from the provider's window.
- What to do
Click Connect again and tick in the provider's window every permission OnBio asks for, including the ones to read your busy times and write events.
A booking's event was deleted or moved
- How to recognise it
A booking in the agenda carries the notice «The event was deleted in your calendar» or «The event was moved in your calendar». The booking stays confirmed at its time.
- Where to check it
You see it in Bookings, on the booking's row and in its detail.
- What to do
Open the booking and click Write the event again so it goes back to your calendar at OnBio's time. If you are no longer going to take that session, cancel it with Cancel booking and a note for the buyer.
It does not let you disconnect the account
- How to recognise it
When you click Disconnect, the screen says «A published product uses this connection. Change its calendar or its video call before disconnecting it.»
- Where to check it
You see it in Calendars and video calls, in the account's notice.
- What to do
- 1. Open the product that uses the connection, go to Content and click Set the hours or Set the date.
- 2. Choose another video call or another calendar and save.
- 3. Go back to Calendars and video calls and click Disconnect.
The preview cannot read a calendar
- How to recognise it
In a product's availability, the preview says it could not read one or more calendars. The free times may include hours when you are busy.
- Where to check it
You see it in Products, in Content of the session product, with Set the hours.
- What to do
Open Calendars and video calls and check the status of each account. If one says Needs reconnecting, click Reconnect. If all are connected, click Refresh calendars and go back to the availability.
