Change or cancel your plan

1. 11. Open Plan and find the plan under Change plan.
2. 22. Click its button, such as “Upgrade to Creator”.
3. 33. Check the new plan's commission, the Fee or pro rata, the VAT and the Total today.
4. 44. Click the pay button and confirm the payment with your card.

The upgrade applies as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. From then on your sales carry the new plan's commission.

1. 11. Click the lower plan's button or Cancel the plan.
2. 22. Check the limits you would exceed with the new plan.
3. 33. Tick I understand that I will be above the limits of the new plan if it appears.
4. 44. Click Schedule the downgrade or Schedule the cancellation.

The downgrade and the cancellation apply on the date the dialog says, with no charge or refund. Until then you keep your current plan. While it is scheduled, you can undo it with Cancel the change.

Cancelling takes you back to the Starter plan. Your store, your products and your sales stay the same, with the Starter commission. To close your business there is another way, explained in close the business or delete the account.

If the card rejects the charge, you get an email and the Plan page warns you. Click Update card and Stripe tries again. If the retries are not paid, your business goes back to the Starter plan and your sales keep working. The fee of my plan could not be charged explains it.

Each change stays in the History of Plan and each fee charge in Invoices. You get an email when the change applies. Change or cancel your plan explains it.
