Chapter 2 of 4
Commission and limits
Besides the fee, each plan has a commission per sale and some usage limits. Understanding both saves you surprises in your balance and tells you when it is worth changing plan.
How the commission is calculated
The commission is calculated on each sale's price before VAT, with a minimum of €0.35. In a €49 sale with VAT, the base is the price without the tax and the commission is your plan's percentage on that base. Sales with Klarna's pay later add 4.5 commission points, the same in the three plans.
Each sale keeps the commission of the moment it was charged. If you change plan, sales already charged do not change.
Where you see it
Each order in Sales breaks down the tax, the OnBio fee and the Net for you. Analytics adds up the period's commissions, separating OnBio's part from your affiliates' and partners'.
Usage limits
Each plan has a limit on contacts, hours of hosted video and WhatsApp messages a month.
- Starter includes 1,000 contacts, 10 hours of video and 100 WhatsApp messages a month.
- Creator includes 10,000 contacts, 200 hours of video and 1,000 messages a month.
- Pro includes 50,000 contacts, 1,000 hours of video and 5,000 messages a month.
Embedded YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Wistia video does not count as hosted video.
If you go over a limit
Going over a limit never blocks your sales, your messages or your students' access. OnBio warns you by email and in the panel when you reach 80% and 100%, so you decide whether upgrading is worth it. Usage is measured every hour. Usage limits of your plan explains it.
See your usage
- 1. Open Plan in the side menu.
- 2. Check under Usage how much you have used of each limit.
- 3. Compare each plan's limits in Change plan.
What you have now
You know how much you pay per sale and which limits you have. In the next chapter you see how to change or cancel your plan.
