External email tools

1. 11. Click Email in the side menu and open Integrations.
2. 22. Click Connect on the tool and paste the API key. In ActiveCampaign, also paste the API URL. In Kit, the list is one of your forms.
3. 33. Choose the list under Destination list and click Use this list.

In Mailchimp you do not need a key. Click Connect, sign in to your account to authorise OnBio and choose the audience when you come back.

OnBio sends the changes every 15 minutes. Each subscribed contact appears in your tool with their name. Tags arrive as tags in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Kit, as groups in MailerLite and as lists in the OnBio folder in Brevo. Each unsubscribe in OnBio is reflected in the next cycle.

Sync goes only from OnBio to the tool. What you change there does not come back. You can only have one tool connected at a time.

If you change the key in your tool or withdraw the authorisation, the connection appears as Reconnection needed and you get an email. The changes of those days are kept and sent when you reconnect. Email tool disconnected explains it.

You can use OnBio's broadcasts and your tool at the same time. Choose one for each type of email and do not send the same campaign through both, or your subscribers will get it twice. OnBio's automations know your purchases and your courses, so they usually fit service emails better.

• You know who is subscribed and with what proof.
• Your previous list is imported.
• You have the tags you are going to use in your broadcasts.
• Your first broadcast is tested and scheduled.
• Payment recovery and the welcome are turned on.
• Your external tool is connected, if you use one.
