Automations from templates

• Lead magnet welcome sends three emails to whoever downloads your free resource and accepts your emails.
• Onboarding after purchase helps whoever just bought get started.
• Abandoned cart reminds the payment to whoever left it halfway and accepted your emails.
• Payment recovery asks to update the card when a charge fails.
• Student reactivation writes to whoever has gone days without opening their course.
• Launch, Session sale, Event reminder, Annual renewal and Course halfway notice complete the ten.

Purchase, access, payment and reminder emails are service emails and reach everyone. The rest only reach those who accepted your emails. Each template shows in the dialog what triggers it and how many steps it has, so you choose without opening them one by one.

1. 11. Click Email in the side menu and open Automations.
2. 22. Click New automation, choose the template and click Use template.
3. 33. Review each step in the builder and change the Subject or the content of the emails.
4. 44. Click Test to watch it run with your account and then Activate.

Turn on payment recovery first if you sell subscriptions or installments, because it recovers money that was already yours. Then the welcome if you have a lead magnet, because it is the moment someone is most interested in you. The abandoned cart comes next, because it writes to whoever was one step away from buying.

With the plus sign you add waits, conditions with two branches and actions like adding a tag or granting access to a product. Build an automation explains it.
