Chapter 1 of 5

The analytics dashboard

Analytics tells you how much you sold and how much money you keep. You can see it for your whole business or for a single product, in the period you choose. It is the first screen worth checking each week.

Choose the period

  1. 1. Click Analytics in the side menu.
  2. 2. Choose a period, such as 30 days or This month.
  3. 3. For your own dates, click Custom, choose From and To and click Apply.

A custom period covers up to 24 months. Days are counted in Madrid time. The period you choose stays when you change tabs.

The figures

At the top you see the revenue, the sales, the recurring charges, the average ticket, the refunds, the VAT and the fees. Net for you is what you receive after VAT and fees. The fees separate OnBio's part, your affiliates' and your co-production partners'.

The chart and the table

Below are the revenue chart by day and the By product table, with each one's visits, sales and conversion. Sort the table by sales to see your star products and by conversion to see which ones convince visitors best.

How they are counted

The figures are recalculated every 5 minutes, so a sale from a moment ago may take that long to appear. A refund counts on the day it is made. A subscription counts as one sale on the sign-up day. Each charged renewal then adds up in the recurring charges figure of its day.

Subscriptions

If you sell subscriptions, the Subscriptions tab shows you the monthly recurring revenue, the active subscriptions and the sign-ups and cancellations of the period. An annual subscription counts as its price divided by 12. How much you sold explains it.

What you have now

You know how to read your analytics. In the next chapter you see where your sales come from.
