Invoice

On this page
Invoice of the consultation issued by OnBio in the name of Lucía Navarro Nutrición, with its VAT breakdown and its tax QR code.

Here you see an issued invoice with its issuer, its recipient, its lines and the tax breakdown. You also have its Verifactu status and the tax QR code, with which anyone checks the invoice on the website of the Spanish Tax Agency.

An issued invoice does not change. If it has to be corrected, another one is issued that corrects or replaces it and that links to it.

How to get there

Select an invoice in the list of Invoices, which opens this screen with all its details and its PDF.

What you can do

  • Review the taxable base, the tax and the total of each line.
  • See the income tax withholding and the amount to pay, if the invoice carries them.
  • Check the invoice with the Spanish Tax Agency with Check with the Spanish Tax Agency.
  • Open the order of the invoice with See the order.
  • Know whether it corrects another invoice or replaces a simplified one.

Step by step

Check the invoice with the tax authorities

  1. 1. Select Check with the Spanish Tax Agency.
  2. 2. Check on the page of the Spanish Tax Agency that the details match.

What happens next

The Spanish Tax Agency shows the details it received for that invoice. If they do not match or the invoice appears as rejected, write to OnBio from OnBio support.

Keep in mind

  • A simplified invoice does not carry an identified recipient.
  • If the recipient asked to erase their data, the invoice is kept by legal obligation, with the data blocked and no download.
  • On a self-billed invoice you are the issuer and the invoice says that OnBio, its recipient, issues it.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
