Detail of Pablo's course order with its tax base, the VAT, the OnBio commission, the net amount, the payment method and the guarantee.

Here you see a whole sale: what the buyer paid, the tax part, the OnBio commission and what you receive. The header shows the order code, its status, the payment date and until when the guarantee lasts.

How to get there

Open Sales in the side menu and click the order in the list. If you know its code, search for it first with Search by ONB- or email.

What you can do

  • See each line of the order with its Taxable base and its VAT.
  • Check how the buyer paid and the Statement descriptor they see at their bank.
  • Read the Checkout answers to your questions.
  • See their Consents to receive news by email or by WhatsApp.
  • Check under Acceptances which version of the Terms of sale they accepted.
  • See the order's Instalment payment or Subscription with its status.

Step by step

Check what you receive from an order

  1. 1. Find the order's Lines.
  2. 2. Review the Taxable base, the VAT and the OnBio commission.
  3. 3. Read Net for you at the end of the summary.

What happens next

If the buyer asks for a refund while the guarantee lasts, OnBio refunds them with no questions. Outside the guarantee, their request reaches you in Refunds so you can approve or reject it.

Keep in mind

  • In a sale paid in another currency, under the total in euros you see what the buyer paid in their currency.
  • The buyer never withholds income tax from you, because they buy from OnBio. The withholding of your activity, if any, goes in your self-billed invoice.
  • A ticked Waiver of withdrawal means the buyer agreed to start the digital content straight away and gave up the 14 days to withdraw. This is governed by article 103.m of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
  • In a session or a service, a ticked Early start of the service means the buyer asked to start before those 14 days are over.
  • An order with the Gift mark was paid by one person for another. The access belongs to the recipient and the invoice is in the name of whoever paid.
