Payment methods
Reviewed on 4 October 2026
Your buyers pay at OnBio's checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum or PayPal, depending on the product, the country and the payment mode. You do not have to turn anything on: OnBio shows each buyer the methods that work for that purchase, with Bizum and card first.
Choose the statement name and the blocked countries
The statement name is what the buyer reads at their bank next to the charge, so they recognise it and do not dispute it.
- 1. Open Settings and click Statement and countries.
- 2. Type the Name on the statement, of up to 15 letters, numbers, spaces, dots or hyphens.
- 3. Search under Blocked countries for the countries you do not sell to, if there are any.
- 4. Click Save changes.
What happens next
Each product's checkout offers the methods that work for that purchase. Purchases from a blocked country cannot be completed.
Keep in mind
- In Spain, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum and PayPal are offered. In the rest of the European Union, the same without Bizum.
- Bizum does not appear in subscriptions, in instalments or in amounts above €5,000.
- PayPal does not appear in charges that repeat, such as subscriptions and instalments.
- Klarna only appears in Pay later offers, within its amounts.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay work on onbio.es and on your own domain when it is active.
- You cannot block any country of the European Economic Area. OnBio checks the country the buyer declares, the one of their connection and the one of their card.
- With a card or a wallet, the buyer can save their card to buy from you later with one click.
